Course Description
Fractures are among the most common presentations in the emergency department, and confident, correct initial management makes a lasting difference to patient outcomes. This workshop pairs interactive lectures with four hands-on stations covering fracture assessment and cast application, led by orthopedic surgeons, an orthopedic resident, and senior plaster technicians. Participants get direct, supervised practice applying casts and splints the way they're used on a real trauma call.
